Ring history not playing

I am having trouble loading the history from this morning’s motion detection. Tried uninstall and reinstall of the app still not working. Logged in using laptop to see if the same problem occurs on other device but still cannot get the history to load. Anyone encountering issues with replaying history?

Hi @BPL. If you log on to Ring.com, do you still have an issues getting your history to load? You’ll also need an active Ring Protect Plan to view and recorded events. Is there a specific error message that you’re getting?
