We have the Ring for our office. The device quit working on January 2. I figured it was the battery however I never got a low battery notification… I have been resetting it for 2 days and it connects to the internet says the health is great but it is not picking up motion or video. Any suggestions?
Hey @JDolan. Since you’ve reset your Doorbell and set it up again, have you rebooted your router? I would recommend attempting that, and then after the reboot, try to ding your Doorbell and see if the video shows up!
