I’ve had 3 Ring glass break sensors for quite a while. Recently one quit working. Wouldn’t reconnect. I removed it from my Ring app and tried to reconnect. I get to the step ‘Connect’ step and see “Waiting to Connect to a Network.” Touch that and see “Finish Setup.” Push that and get “Pull out battery tab.” That was done months ago. Touch that and am told to touch the Front Button. Do that and nothing happens. What now?
Hi @requiredusername. When the Ring app instructs you to “Pull out the battery tab”, try removing the batteries and then reinserting them. We also have troubleshooting steps here.
