So when I try to speak to someone and talk with them, I cannot hear the person at my doorbell. I noticed that in the events videos that the sound happens for a few seconds and then cuts out. I can’t figure it out.

My microphone has also stopped working. I installed it in August 2020 and it has been fine until the lat few days. The video and bell push are both working. Any advice please?
Hi neighbors! When the microphone is not working, is the speaker still working as intended? If you have an Alexa skills enabled, try two way audio using an Alexa enabled device. On your mobile device, test a video on wifi only, and on cellular data only, to see if audio works better on either connection. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device.
