My ring gen 2 keeps disconnecting when my internet goes down. The router is placed close by to the front door. Every time this happens I have to reset the doorbell by removing the whole doorbell and holding the orange button down for 60seconds. Gets quite frustrating as every other device in the house reconnects fine and the one device I rely on for security has to be reset. I’ve had the doorbell for less than 12 months. This started to happen in the last few months prior to that it was perfectly fine. Any advice or is there any way I can exchange it?
