Ring Gen 1 can't setup

My Gen 1 Ring lost power completely and now I can’t reconnect to wifi. The app never finds any wifi’s to connect with and then asks if the white light is spinning. I answer yes and it’s says connecting but never does. Then it asks what position the white light is and there is no answer available as it’s still spinning. I have deleted the cache and data and reinstalled the app. I have also tried installing in another home with a different router. Changed the wifi channel to 1-11, Still nothing works.

Sorry to hear about this happening, @Tom227. You’ve covered some great steps here. I recommend performing a reset on your Video Doorbell by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, perform a new setup or reconnect your video Doorbell in the Ring app. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
