My power flickered earlier today and the ring floodlight in my front yard will not reconnect to the Wi-Fi. All of my other devices successfully reconnected except for the floodlight cam. I’ve gone through the reconnect dialogs in the app but the camera states unable to connect.
Hi @Machandler. I suggest performing a power cycle on your Floodlight Cam. To do this, remove it from power for about 5 minutes, then restore power. Once this is complete, your Floodlight Cam should boot up and be able to connect to WiFi. If that fails, perform a reset by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds.
