Hi, i have just installed the ring floodlight pro and i dont have any sound when viewing through the app whilst live or when watching recorded videos. The only thing i have been able to hear is the siren. Is there anything i can do to try and fix this myself? Or is a replacement my only option? Thanks

If you are not getting any audio on your Floodlight Cam Pro, try the following steps: - [Reboot your Camera using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-). - Power cycle your camera by turning it off for a minute and then turning it back on. - Verify your Camera's [signal strength, also known as RSSI, is at a good level](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229).
