Hi, i have just installed the ring floodlight pro and i dont have any sound when viewing through the app whilst live or when watching recorded videos. The only thing i have been able to hear is the siren.
Is there anything i can do to try and fix this myself? Or is a replacement my only option?

Hi @user31973. If you are not getting any audio on your Floodlight Cam Pro, try the following steps:
Power cycle your camera by turning it off for a minute and then turning it back on.
Verify your Camera’s signal strength, also known as RSSI, is at a good level.
