Anybody else’s siren virtually silenced by a light breeze or have had the cameras lense protector fall out and shatter? Purchased for siren as well as camera. I never agreed for siren to be made useless on my purchased property. And I’ve made attempts to contact ring but can’t get through. Live chat fails and was on hold too long on phone. How can there not be an option for email?
