My ring floodlight cam won’t connect after a power outage. My two other floodlights were able to connect without any issues but this one won’t connect at all. I tried turning off the breaker and the wifi but the problem is still there. What can I do?
Hi @user75785. Does your Floodlight Cam still have power connected to it? You can reboot the camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then reconnect it to WiFi. If this does not allow the device to connect, be sure to share the specific step that you are getting hung up at. You can also share a screenshot of the error you are getting.
