I recently purchased and installed the new floodlight cam pro and have noticed that when I activate the siren, it is not loud at all. I know what 110db should sound like and standing 5 ft away from the floodlight the siren is barely audible. Has anyone else had this issue? Any known fixes? Thanks in advance.
Hi there, @ekaleel16! This sounds somewhat similar to this Community post, although in your case the Siren is not sounding loud enough. That is unusual and should not happen. Try power cycling your Camera by flipping the breaker to power off, wait a moment, and then power it back on. The Siren should always play at maximum volume, and there is not a volume control for that at this time.

Are there any updates on this post? I just purchased and installed the floodlight pro. The siren is SUPER QUIET. Even talking into the phone to have it come out of the floodlight is super quiet. The intruders wouldn’t even hear me if I tried talking to them. I already tried restarting the light.
