Ring Floodlight cam failing to allow access to settings

Hi,

I have installed a ring floodlight cam, went through set up and successfully connected it to my home network. However, immediately after setup it drops offline and won’t allow me to edit the motion zones etc. I’ve tried deleting the device and reconnecting. Same issue. I’ve tried resetting it and reconnecting. Same issue. I’ve tried resetting it, giving it a new name and reconnecting. Same issue. I have a strong wifi conection at the point of install and the camera is working, detecting events, recording and sending notifications. However, each time i try to use the app to refine motion zones it states the device is offline.

Any advice?
