Ring floodlight cam - 1 light not working

Hi all, I have a floodlight cam with 2 lights, and last night I noticed 1 of the 2 was not working. Are replacement parts available, and is something like this covered by a warranty?

Hi @philthomasp. Try rebooting your Floodlight Cam in the Ring app using the “Reboot This Device” option from the Device Health screen. If that doesn’t fix this, you can give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here so they can review the device’s warranty and determine the best solution. Rebooting did not work, I will call support and post the outcome here for anyone else experiencing the same issue.
