Ring Floodlight both lights stopped working

Both lights on my ring floodlight have gone really dim. Yesterday they were working fine, today a gentle glow. Please advise

Hi there, @fclements! The lights on the Floodlight Camera should always be at their brightest. I recommend power cycling this Camera by switching the power off, the back on after a few moments. Test the lights a few times, through manually toggling the lights toggle in the Ring app. Please also double check that the light brightness does not change during operation of major appliances in the home.
