I live in a windy desert and over time my lense on my floodlight cam has gotten worse and worse. I contacted Ring who told me I was out of warranty (despite paying monthly for the Protect program…what a ripoff)
Has anyone discovered a way to fix the lense or replace it?
Hi @Tr1pdaddy3. Which Ring Protect Plan are you subscribed to? If you are subscribed to the Plus or Pro Ring Protect Plan, you have an extended warranty on all your devices at that Location. You can find out more here.
As for your video, try posting a screenshot of the video so the Community can take a look and offer a suggestion.
