Ring Floodcam motion notifications not coming on chime pro or device

I purchased 2 flood cams about 2 months ago. Suddenly last week on Jan 7, the motion notifications stopped coming from one of the cams. I tried reconnecting it multiple times and all the sessions are getting recorded but notifications are not coming. While the second cam is working all fine. Finally I called the customer care and after checking something on my both the device, rep concluded this to be the firmware issue and will be passed in to the dev team. No ETA, no replacement and I am left with no option but to wait.
Has anyone else faced the same problem? Surprised to see this kind of customer service where 24*7 monitoring is their priority but any product issue is not addressed which may breach the security.
