Simple question… other than a defective floodlight camera, what would prevent me from activating the siren from inside the app? I get nothing when I click on the siren. I also get nothing when attempting to use the microphone to talk… The flood lights work on command.
Hi there, @Neighbor136! This could be related to mobile device variables, and or connection. The siren or microphone triggering based on your Command from the Ring app, will have much to do with the connection between such. Check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal. I recommend also ensuring there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device.
