So I’ve tried to set up the floodlight and it says the previous owners have to disconnect it from their account, fair enough… But now my camera shouts every half an hour that it isn’t connected and I can’t access the menu to stop it or anything… Any ideas?!
Hey @Lbur. If you’re able to disconnect power from the device and leave it powered down, this should help stop the device from trying to go into setup mode. Hope this helps!
