My lights were set to Dusk to Dawn and were working fine. I think at the time change they stopped working. I can’t manually turn them on either now. If I power the unit off and on they will come on for a few minutes. Camera works fine and firmware is up to date.
Hi @user2815. Have you tried removing the Light Schedule and setting it back up? I’d give that a try first, and if the lights still aren’t working afterwards, you can reset your Floodlight Cam. To reset the Camera, hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds and then set it back up in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device. Let me know how that works.
