Hi guys since yesterday my ring flood light camera hasn’t been working. Whenever I try to access it on the app it just stays on the “activating device” screen with the spinning blue wheel. The light won’t come on and there are 6 red lights on the device. What should I do?

Thanks Tom! I followed your advice and found the RSSI is 68! I’ve now ordered the Ring Chime Pro which will hopefully resolve the issue.
