Ring Flood Camera died in MN subzero weather

Minnesota sub zero winter has taken out the second Flood camera. Replaced one time and done. Offered 30% off our purchase of a new one. Are you kidding me? Never again!
When it works it is great. $250 for not even a year of service is not a good deal!

Since you live in an extreme climate than most folks, did you verify the specifications on the operating temperature range for the device you purchased?
The coldest my location gets is around 25 F and I’ve never had an issue with an outdoor device, Ring or otherwise. Humidity is more of a factor for me.

Ouch… so sorry to hear about the multiple dead floodlight cams. Do you have Protect Plus (version 1)? If so, I would think that would qualify for a free replacement.
