While the Ring Elite is connected via Ethernet cable and the Ring speed test shows 87Mbps download and 12.5Mbps Upload, with a ping of 26ms. The audio is choppy. The video is not choppy and streams in real time. Is there a resolution for the poor audio performance?
Hi @Bfenste1. I’d first recommend checking out this Help Center Article that covers some different router settings you can adjust to ensure that the audio is working properly. After checking those settings, you can also try power cycling your Elite by disconnecting it from power for at least 1 minute and then reconnecting it to power.
