Ring doorbell can’t share the video feed with my shared users phone The video doesn’t show up on her phone but the living room one does and I granted permission how do I fix this
Hey @Conrad1985. You can manage what devices the shared user has access to under the Ring app > Main Menu > Settings > Users, and selecting their profile under here. From here, you can allow them other devices to be seen that they may not have access to before. If you have enabled the shared user to see a certain device and they still cannot, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
