Hey @Mariescott16. Are you unable to connect to the Ring AP, or to your home wifi network, after you connect to the Ring AP? What type of phone are you using to set up the device? What type of Doorbell is it? Most Doorbells can be reset, so you can see if resetting it by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds helps reset the Doorbell, letting you set it up successfully after a reset.
