Hey wondered if anyone can help, I noticed the other day there was a feature to contact the emergency services through the ring App, I only have a doorbell, but now I cant find the feature, I dont need to use it right now, but would be useful to know for the future
Hi @Jonathan1! The emergency features you are referring to, are a feature of our Ring Alarm system. With the Ring Alarm you are able to register for professional monitoring, which will give you access to many dispatch or emergency features.
