i have just upgraded from ring doorbell 2 to ring doorbell 3 plus my problem is it is showing i have two doorbells connected in the ring app i cant find a way to remove the ring doorbell 2 from the ring app so it shows i only have one ring doorbell connected instead of two.any help in guiding me how to do this is much appreciated.manny thanks
Hey @Tam3. If you go into the Main Menu in the Ring app > Devices > Ring Video Doorbell 2 > Device Settings > General Settings > Remove This Device, you can remove the Doorbell 2 from there!
