unable to connect phone to doorbell…both lights STROBING…

Hi @johnnymac. Can you please disable all bluetooth devices connected to the device you are using to setup the Doorbell? It can also be helpful to toggle bluetooth off and on before trying to setup your Doorbell. If you are still having the same concern, it might help to log into your Ring app account on another device, such as a tablet or another phone, to try setting it up with that different device.
