My ring doorbell no longer shows on my phone. Device is powered and app is updated?
Hey there, @Gharrington! This definitely should not be happening. Please double check that you are logged in as the owner account, and that the proper location is selected from the drop down field at the top of the Ring app main page. If you are viewing the proper account and location, and still do not see your Ring devices anywhere in the Ring app, please remove and reinstall the Ring app on your mobile device. I recommend also ensuring any vpn is disabled. I hope this helps!
