I am unable to see my history videos
Hi @Diannar! Your event history recordings can be accessed through the Ring app timeline and event history section, or via Ring.com on a web browser. Please double check that your Doorbell is subscribed to a Protect Plan and that it did not lapse or get cancelled, as this can result in video recording deletion.
If you are subscribed to a Protect Plan and your Doorbell is online and capturing events, videos should be reviewable. Try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device, if this is not the case. I hope this helps!
