I am having issues connecting new Doorbell via Wi Fi. During set up process Ring wi fi is connected but am unable to complete setup process. Help!!
Hey @Pumpkin! If the setup process is failing at the wifi connection step, try bringing your Ring device closer to the router if possible. A failed wifi setup often has to do with low speed, signal interference, or an incorrect wifi password.
