I had my ring doorbell installed today. It said i completed the setup correctly and have good wifi yet i can’t connect to live view. I can sometimes but not other times. The doorbell is flashing blue for 13 seconds then goes out, waits a few seconds andcrepeats. The door bell says its on line. Help!
Hi @Deltabreeze! Immediately following a setup, your Doorbell will likely want to update. Trying to live view during this time might have varied results. If this is still happening, Video connection concerns are often related to wifi, mobile device, or Ring app communication variables. The best first thing to check is your wifi signal strength, or RSSI, which can be found in the Device Health section of your Ring app. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing this signal strength.
