Ring doorbell works on incoming people not outgoing

My ring doorbell has been active for over a year now. It normally records people coming and going. For the last 2 weeks it no longer records me leaving for work or my daughter leaving for school. I raised the sensitivity and still not recording people leaving my house. Can anybody shed some light on what they think might have changed.
