Ring doorbell won't reconnect

My DB3 wont reconnect to wifi. Tried everything. I ha e a DB4 that i was going to install for a friend and it wont connect. Out of desperation i dug up my DB1and it works. My DB3 dropped off about 2 weeks ago. I keep getting the runaround from ring and spectrum.

Hi @user69994. What specific error are you getting when trying to reconnect your doorbell? What type of phone and Ring app version do you have installed? How close to the router are you and are you connecting to a 2.4 GHz network?
