I am unable to connect to previous events and live view just says unable to connect. I have tried absolutely everything in the help and support section. I have two ring doorbells exactly the same my front door one is fine. My backdoor one is the one giving me problems. Its also closet to the wifi. Theres clearly a fault with it as the one at the front of my house is working perfectly fine. PLEASE help.
