My Ring Doorbell Pro stopped working recently and I have been unable to reconnect it because either it won’t show up on my wifi or it is “unable to connect”. I have tried to reboot my wifi router without success, as well as try to reset the doorbell to factory settings. Neither have fixed the issue. The doorbell itself is repeatedly voicing “Welcome to Ring Doorbell…” and I have been unable to make it stop. Is there another option to try and reconnect it to my wifi and app?
