Ring doorbell won’t charge…

I plug my doorbell in to charge and it will flash blue (at the very top of the circle) for about 20 seconds and then stop flashing but it won’t charge! I’ve tried rebooting the doorbell, different outlets even different cords. It won’t charge! Help!
