Ring doorbell wired, solid blue light

troubleshooting

bought this 4 months ago, was working fine now all of a sudden it wont connect, has solid blue light. Holding the reset button for 20 secs does nothing. Even after unplugging it from power supply then reconnecting the power it still has the solid blue light and does nothing.
