Ring doorbell wired remains blue solid and does not connect anymore

Hello, my doorbell does not connect anymore, the light is permanent solid blue and it is impossible to hard reset. How do I get a replacement device? Best regards

When trying to reset your Video Doorbell Wired, ensure you are holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds.
