Tried to install a new Ring Doorbell Wired yesterday, replacing my existing doorbell and it wouldn’t power on. Confirmed there was 12V coming through and connections were good. I’ve read some issues with the Pro taking some time to power on - has anyone had similar issues with the new Wired? Should I just install and leave it be for a day? Thanks.
Hi there, @kenkc! It sounds like you’ve got enough power for setup to complete. Please ensure the jumper cable is being installed with it, as described in the installation articles in our Community Post about the Doorbell Wired. Double check some of the steps there to ensure all the installation steps have been covered.
