Ring doorbell will not charge

My Ring doorbell (2nd Gen) won’t charge. I’ve put it on several different plugs and different cables but no blue light comes on. It’s only about 18 months old.

What can I do? Can I get it replaced? Can I change the internal battery?

Hi @user74399. Try also factory resetting your Doorbell to see if it helps. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
