I would recommend giving your Doorbell a [reboot using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera) to see if it helps. You also want to make sure you have the Ring In Home Chime toggled on and your chime type set to the appropriate setting. This setting can be found in your Doorbells Device Settings under In Home Chime Settings.
