I’ve had ring door bell pro v.1 > 2years, no issues 2 weeks ago it lost wifi and I had to do a reset. It did work after that. Now I have top half of doorbell flashing blue. The video and sound work but pressing the button does not ring the physical chime. Has adequate power. Any suggestions?
Hi @user67141. I would recommend giving your Doorbell a reboot using the Ring app to see if it helps. You also want to make sure you have the Ring In Home Chime toggled on and your chime type set to the appropriate setting. This setting can be found in your Doorbells Device Settings under In Home Chime Settings.
