Ring Doorbell Video Issue

Hi There. I have had a ring doorbell for a while now, but am unable to view video when I am away from home. It's connected to my wi-fi, have even done a reset on the device, but it is still not allowing me to see video unless I am physically home. Any suggestions on what would cause this and how to fix it? Thanks!
