Ring Doorbell Video Issue

Hi There.

I have had a ring doorbell for a while now, but am unable to view video when I am away from home. It’s connected to my wi-fi, have even done a reset on the device, but it is still not allowing me to see video unless I am physically home. Any suggestions on what would cause this and how to fix it? Thanks!

Hey @klphelps11! It sounds like a possible cellular connection concern. I recommend connecting your mobile device to wifi only, and cellular data only, to test the difference between the two connections, as well as testing this at multiple locations. Also, ensure bluetooth, VPN, and hotspots are disabled on your phone while you test. Let us know if this works! :slight_smile:
