Ring Doorbell Video 2 (battery) no power - new battery charged and installed

We have a Ring Doorbell Video 2 that gets power from a battery. It stopped working about a week ago, charged existing battery and installed no power. Purchased and fully charged new battery and the unit still has no power. Holding the Setup button does not reset and can’t find any means of resetting unit. Any suggestions?
