Ring doorbell v2 not reconnecting to the internet

Hi @RTW. I don’t know what model Doorbell you specifically have, but I can offer some general advice. First, make sure that your battery for your Doorbell is fully charged. Next, make sure that location services on your phone is turned on and bluetooth is turned off. Lastly, press and release the setup button to get a white spinning light. This will indicate that your Doorbell is in Setup Mode. I hope this helps!

I’m having the same issue. Lost connection. The lights blink blue continuously but the button will not reset it.
