Ring doorbell unresponsive

My ring doorbell is unresponsive completely. I tried to charge it with orange button, but the colour of the ring is different from normal charging mode(lighter shade of blue, with white in between) . I gried to do hard reset with orange button, but this also fails. Nothing happens. It is completely unresponsive. Please assist!
