Ring Doorbell stays in set up mode


My doorbell was all fine and now it’s gone from the blue ring to the white ring which suggests it’s in setup mode. It all works ok and oddly at the same time I am unable to show any if the cameras on fire TV as I did before using Alexa. It now says something went wrong. I’ve rebooted all devices disabled the ring app and reconnected it on Alexa but to no avail.

Any ideas?
