Quick question. When speaking through the app on an iPhone in live mode to the ring doorbell the volume is very low coming out of the doorbell itself. Is there a way of turning this volume up?
Hi @JamesE. Make sure the Ring App has microphone permissions fully enabled in your iPhone’s settings. Additionally, ensure your Ring App and your phone’s OS are fully updated. If you have another smartphone or tablet, try using the two-way audio on there to see how it’s sounding as well.
