Ring doorbell smart response too long?

I have a Ring Doorbell Battery and Ring Protect Plan.

I set the Ring doorbell to answer after 20 seconds. After 20 seconds, it answered and then it started to record for 2 minutes. The BLUE light stayed on until after 2 minutes elapsed.

From what I read, it’s supposed to record only 60 seconds and 2 minutes is too long, as the doorbell won’t ring during this time.

Is there a way to reduce this time?
