Hi Ring Customer Support Team,
it’s been three months since Ring acknolwedged a replacement of my doorbell due to security/design issues. After three months, there’s no sign of my replacement bell. I spoke customer services three times as a follow up.
I spoke to the Technical Support Duty Manager in Egypt (for UK cover) to provide me an indicative delivery time.
I’ve been told by RING that they cannot commit to a time, it’ll be asap.
RING is unable to explain what are the OLAs within RING so we can bring transparency to the customer.
RING has failed to respond to a single question of “when will I get my replacement door bell?” After three months, I’m told asap…
